18 Jili Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the 18 Jili platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the 18 Jili website.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 18 Jili. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify 18 Jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account.

18 Jili is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during your use of the Platform. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

18 Jili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 18 Jili:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• 18 Jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your account has not completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• 18 Jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

18 Jili operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any transaction that appears to be structured to avoid reporting thresholds, or that is inconsistent with your stated source of funds, will be flagged for review. We are required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

18 Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified on each promotion page. Read them carefully before opting in.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 18 Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. 18 Jili does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 18 Jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be provided.

• 18 Jili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

18 Jili is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity theft.

18 Jili employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in violation of this section will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. We reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 18 Jili trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 18 Jili's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 18 Jili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, subject to our obligation to investigate and resolve such errors in good faith.
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.

18 Jili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

18 Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or 18 Jili staff.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

18 Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of 18 Jili after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of 18 Jili, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting our support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

18 Jili operates under PAGCOR-compliant standards. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
